By accessing or using personalEverything ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
personalEverything is a personal productivity and finance tracking application available at personaleverything.com. The Service includes modules for Finance, Health, Habits, Tasks, Notes, and Goals. A free tier is available with certain limits. A paid Pro tier (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year) unlocks additional features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service; uploading malicious code or content; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription period selected. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period — there is no automatic renewal. You must manually renew to continue Pro access.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at personaleverything.com/privacy. We store your data on AWS servers located in Mumbai, India. You can export all your data at any time from your account settings.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by personalEverything and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial information displayed is for personal tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, personalEverything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
