Your data is stored on encrypted AWS RDS PostgreSQL databases in Mumbai, India. We use HTTPS (TLS) for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely immune to risk.
You have the right to: — Access all data you have entered (use the Export feature in your account) — Correct inaccurate information (edit in-app or contact us) — Delete your account and all associated data (contact hello@personaleverything.com) — Receive a copy of your data in a portable format (CSV export available in-app) To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@personaleverything.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law).
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
